  (1).Clearing equipment .
Screening machine is for ridding off big and small impurity .
  Magneticor is isto rid off the iron ; Blow winder is to rid off the dust .
(2). Flake equipment
To make the sunflowerseed into pieces between the thickness 0.3 – 0.35 mmthe , so it’s  well-proportioned by heating,also for the soaking process .
(3).Steaming and drying process.
The process is to Add the hot water into the seeds crushed/flaked to moist ,to add steams for steaming the seeds, to dry the seeds for ridding off more water content .
In the process, with the water and temperature to make the protein of seeds change the character , make the oil moleculeo loose for easyly pressing to get rude oil ,also get the better cake and oil .
Water content :5 – 10 %; temperature : 105 – 110 degrees ; Requiring Time : 60mins .
(4). Pre-pressing process
The process is to press the seeds and get some oil for preparing the terms of soaking . Requiring water content :3.5- 4.2 % ;Temperature 105 – 110 degrees ; Residue oil of cake : 6% orso .
(5).Filting oil
Firstly to fite the rude oil with oil-dreg sieves,who run reposefully, less malfunction, less occupying area , it’s the better oil-dreg seperator,then use oil filter.

Note: Explanation of the line
1. OIL REFINER
Usded to neutrilizing ,and water washing,to rid off the acid .
2. DEODORIZER
Used to rid off the fetid smell/odour of oil .
3. SOAP FEET VESSEL
Used to refine the oil sediment from oil refiner,to get some oil from oil sediment .
4.HOT & ALKALI WATER TANK
Used to produce hot water heated by the steams ,also alkali water from the alkali disvoling tank, for adding into the oil refiner.
5. ALKALI DISVOLING TANK
Used to produce the alkali water .
6. STEAM SEPERATOR
Separate the steams to oil refiner,decolorer,deodorizer,hot water tank,etc.
7. DECOLORING VESSEL
Used to rid off the colour of the oil
8. CLAY TANK
Store the medication decolored for the clay tank.
9. OIL FILTER
Used to filte the the decoloured oil .
10. TRANKFER HOT OIL FURANCE
Contact to the deodorizer , to make oil produce high temperature (280 degrees orso ) .
11. GEAR PUMP
Pump oil into kinds of vessel and tank.
12. SOAP PUMP 
Pump oil sediment into soap foot vessel.
13.Water pump
Pump cool water into water tank.
14. TRANSFER HOTOIL PUMP
Pump hot oil into transfer oil furence.
15. COOLING WATER TOWER
Cool water for cooling oil ,etc.
16.STEAM BOILER
Produce steams to refiner ,decolorizer,etc.
