- By using sunflower seed oil dewaxing , the sunflower seed oil products of different melting points can be obtained, such as 8, 10, 14, 18, 24, 33, 44, 55 degree etc.

- At the same time, it can also be used to process palm oil and rice brand oil, which can  greatly improve additional value of oil products, and increase economic benefits of the enterprise.

The main process of wax separator machine :

(1) Dewax of  sunflower seed oil dewaxing process  : used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.

(2) Heat-transfer oil stove of  sunflower seed oil dewaxing process : supply each device production needing heat energy, temperature reach above 280°C. 

(3) Steam generator of  sunflower seed oil dewaxing process : produce the needing steam for de-odoring and distillation.

(4) Vacuum pump of  sunflower seed oil dewaxing process  : supply needing vacuum for dehydrate, de-color, de-odor. Vacuum degree can reach above 755mm Hg.

(5) Press filter of  sunflower seed oil dewaxing process : filter clay, filter out clear oil.

(6) Air compressor of  sunflower seed oil dewaxing process : blow dry bleached clay, blow empty the leftover oil in the press filter.
