The characteristic of UHMWPE pipes:

Anti-abrasion: Under the same instance, the bulk lost is only the 1/7 of steel pipe.

Working Pressure: 2 bar to 40 bar.

Anti-corrosion:Because the solid structure,it can anti-corrosion very well.

Self Lubrication:The abrasion is the least among all the pipes materials .Under the same working condition,the pressure lost is only the steel pipes1/10,and is only the nylon 1/7.

Non-scaling:The internal wall is very smooth that the transporting medium will not adhere on the pipes.

Light Weight:The density is the 1/8 of the steel.it's easy to transport and install at the working sites

Available to connection: Steel flange connection and spigot fusion welding will be available for the pipes.

Anti-aging: Anti-aging additives will be added into the pipes, much longer working life will be available.

Health&Safety:UHMWPE pipes are non-toxic.

Temperature-resistance:The pipe can be used from -70 degree  to 85 degree.

Long life: Under the same working condition, the service life of UHMWPE pipes are 4-6 times longer than steel pipes.
