UHMWPE light beacons are composed of individual short structural sections with length of 0.5m-1.0m and weight of 30 to 153 Kg each. These are easy and convenient to transport and can be installed without machining or welding on site by simply stacking.

 3, Typhoon Resistant:

UHMWPE light beacons can resist grade 17 typhoons (windspeed of 60m/s); the pillar ring stiffness is 5800 KJ/m2 (with radial deflection of < 3%). Further, it has good flexibility with elongation at break being greater than 350%. the material hardness is tested as 40 HR.

4,Long  service life

Light beacons designed for long service life, more than 50 years.

5, Strong and convenient connection

All parts are connected by 316L stainless steel and 316L Bolts.

6, Applicable environment: wharfs, reed. river mouths, dams, bridges, etc.
