Roller press is developed in the middle of 1980s',which is a new cement and saved energy power grinding equipment.It can displace the low efficiency and high consumption ball mill in part or completely.

Its main advantages:

Working principle of roller press: 

Roller press is composed of two extrude roller rotating in reverse direction, one is fixed roller and the other is moveable roller. Material will be fed from the above of two rollers, be brought into by extrude roller, then it will be discharged in material cakes under the machine after being pressed by 50-150MPa strength. Discharged material cakes will include some finished fine particle, besides lots of half-finished particles with cracks will be produced which will reduce energy consumption during following crushing process. 

Characters of roller press:

1) Erect roller press into grinding system which could improve the capacity as 30%-40% meanwhile total power consumption will reduce as 20%-30%. 

2) Roller press with tight structure and small volume could obviously reduce the investment for grinding system
