1 . We are considering to buy Diamond Tools from your company, how can I know the quality?

Now lots of people in the world like to use Chinese products though the quality is not the best while the price is very competitive. Wanlong is one professional manufacturer in stone cutting field for over 12 years. Wanlong would like to inform in your country who is using Wanlong 's products and what the using result is! If not available we think a small amount trial order for testing is necessary.

2 . We are selling big quantity of saw blade in our country with our brand name only. Can we laser our lago on the blade?

We would prefer you to put our Wanlong logo on the blades as Wanlong is also famous in the field of diamond tools. But if you insist to put your own logo on the blades. We will also do it for you but need to charge some money. May be 1% of the blade cost.

3 . What is the difference between a wet blade and a dry blade?

The main difference is the way the diamond matrix is attached to the core. Wet blades are brazed, while dry blades are generally laser welded. Laser welding has a higher melting point. Besides the weld, another difference is the bond. Dry blades usually have a slightly softer bond to allow easier cutting without water to cool and lubricate the cut.

4 . Do you offer FREE Samples if I want to buy your products?

Wanlong never offer free samples, this is high value products so very very less diamond tools company would like to offer free samples, if you want to try the products please buy.
According to Wanlong 's experiences Wanlong think when people get the samples by paying they will cherish what they get. Although the quantity & amount of sample is small its cost is higher than normal production.

5 . If for granite cutting, is Laser welding blade good or high frequency welding blade good?

Laser welding blade is more apply to cut concret, and high frequency welding blade is suit best the granite cutting.

6 . If we make the payment, how long you will make the shipment?

It depends on the quantity of order. Our Monthly production amount of diamond segments will be more than 3,000,000pcs.
Usually we can send the goods within one week on receipt of payment

7 . what is processing object for Turbo cutter and Dry (Segment) cutter?

Compare with dry cutter, turbo cutter has more continue when it cutting, is good for Marble. Dry cutter is good for granite.

8 . What is the minimum quantity we should buy?

Any amount order is available.
For sample purpose Wanlong don't mind how much you buy.
For regular order the weight should reach 45kgs(requested by AirLine Companies, otherwise the Airfreight below 45kgs is very high).

Finger bit with sidelong shape, this design is good for evacuating stone dust and water flow.

10 . Do you have a cutting machine that available for tile cutting ?

Yes. Our slab cutting machines – laser bridge cutting machine and mono-block cutting machine have additional function of tilt cutting (0~50 degree) , you can choose it manually or automatic. It’s an optional function.

11 . How can I know how much I should pay the delivery charge?

Calculate the total weight of your order.
Choose a shipping method.
Check the current freight Rate and calculate shipping charges.
Check the other charges and add together.

12 . How can I get the best suitable diamond blades?

Offer Wanlong more details about your stone and cutting machine parameters
1. Diamond Disc/Blade for sawing, slicing, spliting or any other applications
2. Stone Hardness, Abrasiveness and Grit Size, pictures or samples if possible
3. Machine used for Diamond Blades/Discs, Bridge Saw, Table Saw, Brick Saw, etc
4. Machine Main Motor, Spindle RPM, Feeding Speed and Cutting Depth

13 . What we should do if your products can not run well?

Analyze the reason.
Try to find a way to solve the problem.
If it's Wanlong 's problem and not possible to solve then Wanlong give replacement.
