The die heads

Clamping system

As all main structures of the machine the clamping system is undertaken a stress analysis by finer element method. Guided on STAR-rails and equipped with proportional hydraulic valves, central lubrication system, fast movements are possible to ensure high output rates. The sturdy design and the placement of the cylinder in the centre of the clamping platens supports a good cutting and a long lifetime of the moulds. Central lubrication.

Control system

Integrated PCC control system from Japan, All functions are controlled by the system. Values are easy to be set and monitored on a 10.4 color display.

As well ad the temperature id controlled by the system, the movement of the die id controlled by an integrated 100points WDS system.

Moulds

Designed from well trained engineers. Made from imported steels with optimized cooling and the necessary article depending parts like die tooling. Blow pinsand deflashing system make out of the machine a ready production system where all components fit for high output rates in excellent quality.
