The engine is of the CA6110/125ZL model of turbocharged intercooled diesel engine produced by Wuxi Diesel Engine Factory, which can guarantee the power stations reliable traveling in plateau regions. Alternatively, it may be the Cummins 6BTA5.9-C132 engine. The power stations engine has an additional electronic speed-regulating device made by the German EETS Co., Ltd, and it greatly enhancing the stability of the generators rotational speed when the load is variable. The power output can guarantee the simultaneous work of four LINCON DC400 welding machines. Besides, the power station can be equipped with output interfaces for an air compressor, medium frequency power supply, drying box and various other kinds of electric apparatus. The transfer case adopts the bevel gear transmission and engagement sleeve gear shifting, and it also adopts the pressure lubrication mode, thus enhancing the load-carrying capacity of the gears and lowering the transmission noises. The transfer case adopts a two-gear structure and can select different gears when carrying different loads. The operating system adopts the remote pilot-controlled hydraulic servo, making the operating of the complete machine lighter and more convenient and laborsaving. The drivers cab adopts the British TM cab for the heavy-duty vehicle, whose internal space is capacious and comfortable to ride inside. Besides, the cab can turn upwards, convenient for the maintenance of the engine. The hydraulic bracket crane adopts a fully automatic structure which can extend and retract hydraulically, rise and fall hydraulically and turn hydraulically, and its maximum lifting weight can reach 1.5 t. The lengthened working mechanism platform can be matched together with four DC400 welding machines, air compressors, drying boxes, etc.
