All spring clip productions adopt medium-frequency induction heating furnace for automatic feeding, far-infrared radiation temperature control is used to perform overall monitoring with automatic alarming sorting apparatus, spring clip tempering adopts automatic stainless steel net-belt transferring system, each zone’s temperature implements automatic adjusting control with recording instrument. All railway equipment adopts full sets of production lines, and the whole production process can be completed in one flow, so as to ensure product quality.
