Hot air stove and hot air cycle system.

The hot air cycle system consists of high loading and high efficient hot air stove and cycle air mechanism, comparing to other heating method, has the advantages of compact structure, speedy and even heating, and efficiency. Due to adoption of hot air recycle, the heat energy could be used again and again, saving 30% fuel than other heating method.

Burning Mechanism and Temperature Control System

The burnable compound mixed with fuel and air, burned in the high performance and large range adjusting Burning Mechanism, and born hot air. The temperature control system, consists of microprocessor from Finland and adjustor from USA, will automatically control the burning according to the set temperature, realize the temperature auto-control, accurate and reliable.

Heating Mechanism

Deliver the hot air to the heating mechanism, this heating mechanism is a shell made with alloy steel anti-high-temperature, receive the hot air form the Hot Air Stove, and evenly distribute the air to the air tunnels and radiation surface inside of the shell. The radiation surface will deliver the heat energy to the asphalt road surface, and the hot air will convert heat energy with the asphalt road surface through the tunnel. Through control on the hydraulic cylinder, the heating mechanism could easily adjust the heating width and height.

Speedy, one day's work with the new technology equals to several days' work with old technology. One regenerator could finished 5000m2 per day.
