TD5-RZ dairy centrifuge is designed by our technologists who adopt foreign advanced technology. It is used in measurement and analysis after fat in dairy products separation by making use of pasteurization and Gerber.

1) LCD display and LED display(by user's choice) which display rotor No.,speed,time, temperature,RCF, Acc and Dec curve,and trouble information.

2) Circularheater for fast heating and well-proportioned temperature,with the function of controlling temperature and constant temperature which meet the temperature requirements for oil industry.

3)Frequency conversionmotor with high torque,stable and fast Acc and Dec,long service life, maintenance free, low noise for stable operation.

4) The centrifugal tube is manufactured by adoptiing special technology in order tat it won't be broken during operaton. It is widely used in Daqing Oilfield.

5) Automatic trouble detection. It can automatically detect over speed,over temperature,imbalance and door lid self-lock,and display the error code on the display screen for improving safety performance.

6) Simple operation

Microprocessor control, touch panel,the speed ,RCF, temperature,time, Acc and Dec curve can be set freely . The parameters can be revised during operation for convenient use.
