PCBN is made by sintering nanometer CBN particles through crystalline technology under the condition of extremely high temperature and pressure. The nanometer CBN particles are the findings of our own technological research and development department. We also have relevant patents of production technology on our CBN materials and PCBN inserts.

As a result of the excellent anti-fracture, good wear-resistance, chemical stability, PCBN insert have become a good substitute for ceramic, coated and alloy inserts. PCBN inserts are applied in some in the industrial fields generally such as roll, gear, bearing, auto brake disk, brake drum, railway wheel & axle, pumps, electric motor (motor shell), valves, food machinery, mining machinery, wind-power generator and so on.
