1. Scope of application

Suitable for packing various big-size bag with gusset, such as biscuit, pies, chocolate, bread,  instant noodles, moon-cake, dug, daily appliances, industrial parts and etc.

a.Constructed by SUS304 in key parts meets the food QS and medicine GMP health requirements.

b.Dual frequency conversion, the cutting of plastic film follows the setting length thus saving film materials.

c.With high sensitive electronic-eye tracing system the adjustment it's no need by hand; the cutting position is accuracy, and the seal is firm and beautiful.

d.PID intelligence temperature controlled system is suitable for various packing materials.

e.Equipped with fault self-diagnosed and displayed clearly system.

f.Counting automatically, the packaging production’s counting is accurate.

g.Mature design and convey system so that the mainteance is convenient.

h.Optional devices like gas charging device, feeder and production date code can be used to machine production.

The machine can be equipped with mixed gas, nitrogen, gusset device, pressing bar, brooming  and production date system according to clients’ packing requirements.
