Strong Point of FLYING FO-SA Sublimation Offset Ink   :

 1) This sublimation ink is safe for the environment and has no harm to skin . It does not belong  to corrosives, totally       environmentally-friendly.

 2) There is no accumulation of ink on the rolls and the number of machine washings is greatly reduced. Ink granula is less than 5um.

 4) Have no skinning within 72 hours in ink-box and no crust in 15 days at normal temperature, save 20% ink when printing.

Use Method of FLYING FO-SA Sublimation Offset Ink  :

 1)  The first part is very simple and resembles exactly to normal process of offset printing . Precisely in the same manner, we offset print the artwork (as mirror image) on the offset paper using sublimation offset ink .

 2) Put the printed paper on substrates,such as polyester and nylon fabric .

    After offset printing, put the printed paper on the surface of the substrates , and with printed   surface facing downwards on the surface of substrates.

 3) Put both the paper and substrates on the heat press.

     And heat ,time and pressure is applied using a heat press. The ink sublimates i.e. converts to  gaseous form and gets deposited "into" the surface, thus transferring image.

 4) Finally ,take out paper and fabric from heat press ,the final product will be born .

 Ink process of sublimation inks working on offset press, how should deal with inks piling on offset blanket

 or roller due to high temperature ?

According to information, the temperature is too high in some regions. So there are some matters need pay attention when using FLYING sublimation offset inks under high temperature.

Because proper temperature is very important for offset printing, too high or too low temperature will exert strong impacts on offset printing, inks’ viscosity and liquidity will be changed along with temperature changing. High temperature will make inks become too thin and accelerate inks emulsification. Inks emulsification will cause inks piling on offset blanket or roller,thus lead to printing worker have to wash machine frequently.

So please confirm this question with your customers, If they encountered this question, please kindly let me know, there are three methods can resolve this problem.

1. please make sure inks were stored in cool & dry place, and make sure keep printing workshop’s temperature under 28℃. The optimum temperature for inks working well is 23℃- 28℃.

2. We can make inks become thicker than before. we also can offer special thicker for adjust inks.

3. Add some thicker or dryer in inks.   

Use method of thicker, please adding appropriate thicker into inks and stirred uniformly. if adding excess, it will     dilute colors and influence inks liquidity.

Suggest dosage: add 30g or 50g into 1kg inks, please let your printing machine operator try!

Use method of dryer, please add dryer into inks and stirred uniformly, if add excess, the inks will be dried fast on offset machine, you have to wash machine frequently.

Suggest dosage: 5‰, we often add 50g into 10kgs inks, please add it according to your environmental conditions.
