 4) Have no skinning within 36 hours in ink-box and no crust in 7 days at normal temperature, save 20% ink when printing.

Use Method of FLYING FO-GR Sublimation Offset Ink  :

 1)  The first part is very simple and resembles exactly to normal process of offset printing . Precisely in the same manner, we offset print the artwork (as mirror image) on the offset paper using sublimation offset ink .

 2) Put the printed paper on substrates,such as polyester and nylon fabric .

    After offset printing, put the printed paper on the surface of the substrates , and with printed   surface facing downwards on the surface of substrates.

 3) Put both the paper and substrates on the heat press.

     And heat ,time and pressure is applied using a heat press. The ink sublimates i.e. converts to  gaseous form and gets deposited "into" the surface, thus transferring image.

 4) Finally ,take out paper and fabric from heat press ,the final product will be born .

  Three kinds of function and using method of sublimation offset ink additives

Commonly used sublime ink additives are: reducing viscosity solvent, antioxidant, desiccant, thinner and diluent. This paper introduces five kinds of ink additives that the function and usage for you.

How to correctly use sublimation offset printing ink additives ?   FLYING FO-GA

Ink additives is a kind of auxiliary materials that used to adjust the ink to make it adapt to different printing condition. There are many kinds of printing ink additives, the following simple introduce common role of ink additives and their usage.     

3.Desiccant

Desiccant is one of very important printing ink additives. According to the printing conditions and printing paper are different, the amount of desiccant types and use methods are also different. Commonly desiccant have red dryness oil and white dryness oil. Red dryness oil is made from outer to inner in dry, white dryness oil is inner and outer in dry at the same time. When printing, in accordance with printing product that the require of dryness and ink color to choose which type of dryness oil. General dryness oil dosage is 2%-3%, too much will lead to just the opposite,bring down the drying speed.

4.Thinner

Thinner is heavy usage of ink additives in offset printing process. There are two common thinner: one kind of transparent oil for the high gloss offset printing ink, the other kind of resin type for resin ink. When ink color is too deep to restore the original in the printing process, that can add right amount from thinner to achieve the ideal effect.

5.Diluent

In printing process, ink viscosity is too large or paper quality is poor which can produce printing failure such as paper napping or filling up, to affect the printing on the rails. At this time, in addition to add the right amount of reducing viscosity solvent to reduce ink viscosity, also can add a small amount of diluent to reduce the viscosity of ink, to make the printing run smoothly. Many different kinds of diluent, usually for low viscosity of 6# varnish.
