Use Method of FLYING FO-GA Sublimation Offset Ink  :

 1)  The first part is very simple and resembles exactly to normal process of offset printing . Precisely in the same manner, we offset print the artwork (as mirror image) on the offset paper using sublimation offset ink .

 2) Put the printed paper on substrates,such as polyester and nylon fabric .

    After offset printing, put the printed paper on the surface of the substrates , and with printed   surface facing downwards on the surface of substrates.

 3) Put both the paper and substrates on the heat press.

     And heat ,time and pressure is applied using a heat press. The ink sublimates i.e. converts to  gaseous form and gets deposited "into" the surface, thus transferring image.

 4) Finally ,take out paper and fabric from heat press ,the final product will be born .

Ink additives is a kind of auxiliary materials that used to adjust the sublimation ink to make it adapt to different printing condition. There are many kinds of printing ink additives, the following simple introduce common role of ink additives and their usage.                      SUBLIMATION OFFSET INKS

1.Reducing viscosity solvent

Reducing viscosity solvent has very little viscosity, commonly used for offset lithography in order to reduce its viscosity. In offset printing process, due to the change of the performance of paper and printing conditions, such as high oil-absorbing, poor surface strength, peeling coating of the front and back side of a phenomenon and when the desiccant excess or printing workshop at room temperature is too low, that all will cause failure which the paper napping, heap printing plate, paste plate, that affect the quality of the printing product. Therefore, when appear above phenomenon, can add right amount from reducing viscosity solvent, which can have the effect of abate and eliminate the above failure.

2.Antioxidant

Antioxidant is a printing ink additives as opposed to desiccant. In the printing process, due to various reasons will make the machine unusable, when stop for a long time, ink will dry and scab at the machine. In order to solve the problems, commonly add right amount from antioxidant in the ink and run machine several times, make it not dry too fast.
