This new type pressure screen is a pre-net pulp board treating and screening machine, it is mainly applied to screen paper pulp and thus make preparation for paper making.
The wood pulp machinery applying the dehydration principle of double wedge-shaped wires, the dewatering filter plate and pressing roll unit combine together to dewater. The length of nip and pressure difference are increased gradually, which results in the high thickening ratio and the stable outlet consistency kept between 28~45%.
