 1. Toilet paper cutting machine, jumbo roll slitter rewinder is used for slitting toilet tissue       paper, corrugated paper.

2. Paper Slitter Rewinder Machine adopts sureface rewinding system to slit the small roll paper .

3.We can provide the rewinding shaft in diameter of 12.7mm, 25.4mm and 50.8mm. Some other size is subject to the clients demand.

4. Paper Slitter Rewinder Machine is equipped with Siemens PLC and touch screen, all the parameters can be displayed on the monitor.

5.  Paper Slitter Rewinder Machine is equipped with Red line marker which is used for print a red line at the end of paper rolls.

6. Thermal Paper Slitter Rewinder Machine is with Tech Mach Floating Roller Tension Controller to keep a constant tension for machine working.

7. Thermal Paper Slitter Rewinder Machine is with hydraulic loading system to load big roll onto unwinding stand,so that reduce working intensity.

Features:

1. Double blades (upper blades and down blades) slitting. Cutting edges are more smooth and neat.

2. Adopt shaftless material loading device which can bear 2000kgs weight.

3. Hydraulic loading system; slitting width and diameter up to 1500mm; Rewinding side adopted with curved roll and air inflatable shaft so that finished rolls can be separated automatically and unloaded very easily.

4.Both material paper roll loading and finished rolls unloading to finished automatically.

Unwind side adopted with shaftless loading device (can bear 2000kgs);

Jumbo paper lifted automatically by pneumatic system.

a. Multi Blades Slitting -- minimum slitting length is 35mm.

b.Rewinding part adopted with air inflatable shaft; finished rolls can be removed more easier.
