Specifications

Ball Pressure Test for Fire Hazard testing is one of the methods to test the heat resistance of non-metallic materials.

Ball Pressure Tester applicable to assessment of heat-resistant fro all insulation materials of electrical enclosure, external components and plastic. Trial is that the sample placed on the platform of inside constant temperature under 125±2Degree, coupled with the ball-side of tester suppressing the specimen, remove the specimen and put into the cold water for 10 seconds after 1 hour, and then measuring Sag values, indentation of ball diameter shall not exceed 2mm.
