Liquid cooling is always considered as the most effective cooling way for long time. Now in modern plastic industry, our company use air cooling heater for its easy-controlling, higher reliability, stability and non-maintenance. 



It is used to heat and cool barrel of single & double extruder. It is made by several band heaters and make up heating area. It is solely fixed to cool each system by moderate air flow. It is the most advanced cooling device in the world with maximum temperature 500. Special designed copper radiator conducts heater effectively, making low noise and controlling fusions temperature accurately. 



Cooling & heating ring is made by T2 red copper or ceramic. It is processed into fin slices by casting mold. Then the heating ceramic strip is inserted into the middle of copper ring. So formed cooling & heating integrated system. 



Generally, heating are each is made up by several cooling & heating rings, and then it is covered by a sole fixed cooling cover. There is fun undersides, and on the top outlet for air.
