4.1 Permanent charge endurance

The permanent charge endurance test of ultra high temperature NiCd battery:

1. initial charge efficiency test.

2. ageing period.

3. final charge efficiency test.

4.9.1 Initial charge efficiency test (3 cycles) at + 55℃±2℃

4.9.2 Ageing period (3 cycles) at 70℃±2℃

Note: The temperature of 70℃ has been selected to simulate the ageing of cells during 4 years.

4.9.3 Final charge efficiency test (3 cycles) at 55℃±2℃

A1 : MOQ of our NiCd, NiMH cells is 3K, standard type. Contact us to let us know which chemistry (NiCd, NiMH or Lithium), eletric performance and packing details you need then we can figure out the MOQ for you.

A2: We have CE, UL, SGS (RoHs ) and so on.

Q3: Can you ship the battery product to our country ?

A2: Yes, for air & sea shipment, we have MSDS doc to show Airline company & Ocean company when shipment.

Q4: What is your Shipping way?

A4:  We suggest sample & small order to be shipped to destination through our shipper partner who has excellent UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT service. Big order to be shipped by sea .

Q5: What is your lead time?

A5: 3-7 working days for samples (in stock), 15-28 working days for order production (include battery testing).
