HM-120ML crack repair adhesive is two-component modified epoxy resin adhesive, mainly applied to use with pouring crack adhesive together, seal fracture surface and paste pouring glue nozzle, or used for concrete surface repairing and leveling construction.

Typical uses of  epoxy resin crack repair adhesive

Match the use with HM-120M pouring adhesive, HM-120L pouring crack adhesive,when grouting and repairing the concrete cracks, seal fracture surface and paste grouting nozzle, in the process of pouring and pasting steel plate construction, seal the slit around, concrete surface defect repair and leveling construction.

Operation Process

1.Clean the surface which need coat and scrape crack repair adhesive, without oil, sand or floating dust, etc. and keep dry;

2.Prepare glue according to recommended proportion, the proportion of A and B is 2:1, the operable time is about 45 to 60 minutes. With the B dosage increases, operable time is reduced accordingly. Each preparing glue quantity should not be too large to use up in the operable time.

3.Weigh crack repair adhesive to a clean and dry container according to the recommended ratio of preparing glue, use putty knife or other special tools to stir until the color exactly the same.

4.When used to the construction of crack perfusion, putty knives were used to coat and scrape back and forth along the cracks and evenly coat a layer of HM-120ML daub with thickness of 1 ~ 2 cm, width of 2 ~ 3 cm. Notice to prevent small air bubbles, sands, etc, from entering to cause leaky seal. When pasting glue injection nozzles, should notice to avoid clogging glue injection holes.

5.When used to the pouring and pasting construction of steel plate, seal the slit around the steel plates, bolts and grouting nozzles until compact after spatula was adopted to coat and scrape crack repair adhesive repeatedly.

The next process of construction can be carried out after crack repair adhesive seal construction one day (25 ℃).

 Points for Attention

Construction environment is dry and ventilated, paste surface is clean, dry and free of oil; curing ambient temperature is not less than 5 ℃; curing time can be adjusted according to the difference of specific uses;

The construction workers of this product should take necessary productive measures (such as wearing masks, gloves, goggles, safety helmet, etc), if it accidentally touched the skin or clothes, acetone can be used to wipe at once, and then a great deal of clear water is used to flush;

If accidentally swallowed or splashed into the eyes, please seek medical service at once.

Transportation and Storage

Store in dry and clean storehouse of ambient temperature 5 ℃ ~ 25 ℃, should not pile up in open air or rain, not damage the package, A, B component should be kept separate to avoid mixing. From the date of production, effective storage period is 12 months

This product belong to non-dangerous goods, transport as a general chemical building materials, should not damage the package, exposure, or rain, not tilt or invert in transportation.
