 1. Excellent product characteristics:

2. When pasting carbon fiber plate, gel adhesive does not flow, can reduce the conservation of the surrounding environment of operation;

3. The shape and weight of components are not changed after reinforcement;

4. The reinforcement effect of 1 layer of carbon fiber plate is equivalent to 4 to 8 layers of carbon fiber cloth, so that can make the operation become labor-saving;

5. Because the strength and stiffness of carbon fiber plate are very high, need not carry out complete paste to structures, with the reduction of surface area to be processed, the generating dust and debris can be reduced consequently;

6. When encounter the flat plate of the middle beam or wall, just to cut through the holes which can let carbon fiber plate pass, the reinforcement effect will be improved more;

7. The visual inspection is easy to carry out after construction.

 2. Directions for using 

(1) The surface of carbon fiber plate

Clean carbon plate with solvent → mix adhesive → coat adhesive on carbon plate and make it into circular arc shape → paste carbon plate on the concrete and press with a hard rubber roller → remove the excess adhesive → clean the surface of the carbon plate → conservation → surface costing if needed.

(2) The surface of component

Adjust the bond strength of the contact surface of concrete → give remedy repair to concrete surface if needed → cost adhesive on the concrete surface → paste carbon on the concrete and press with a hard rubber roller → remove the excess adhesive → clean the surface of the carbon plate → conservation → surface coating if needed

 Transportation and Storage: 

1. Package:  The length of this product is 100 m, the width is divided into 50 mm,100 mm.

   The thickness is divided into 1.2 mm,1.4 mm. Roll into a ring and use a belt to bind. 

   Other specifications can be customized.

2. Shipping: By air, By sea, By train.

 When you use them you should mind that: 

1. Carbon fiber is conductive,be careful the electrical equipment around.

2. When the rolled products are untied,carbon plate has the possibility of bounce,please give full attention.
