2.Product Features

HM carbon plate is made of carbon fibers.

It can be used for concrete structures strengthening, steel plate reinforcement.

1), Light weight,easy to operate and not require large-scale machinery equipments

2),The shape and weight of components are not changed after reinforcement

3),The reinforcement effect of 1 layer carbon plate is equivalent to 4~8 layers carbon cloth.

4),The visual inspection is easy to carry out after construction.

5)When encounter the flat plate of the middle beam or wall ,just to cut through the holes which can let carbon fiber plate pass, the reinforcement effect will be improved more.

3.Directions for use

1)The surface of carbon fiber plate

Clean carbon plate with solvent → mix adhesive → coat adhesive on carbon plate and make it into circular arc shape → paste carbon plate on the concrete and press with a hard rubber roller → remove the excess adhesive → clean the surface of the carbon plate → conservation → surface costing if needed.

2)The surface of component

Adjust the bond strength of the contact surface of concrete→give remedy repair to concrete surface if needed→cost adhesive on the concrete surface→→paste carbon on the concrete and press with a hard rubber roller→remove the excess adhesive→clean the surface of the carbon plate→conservation→surface coating if needed

4.Points For Attention

The construction workers should take necessary productive measures (such as wearing masks, gloves, goggles, etc).

Fire prevention and maintain good ventilation on scene

When the rolled products are united, the plate has the possibility of bounce, please give full attention

Carbon plate is conductive, be careful the electrical equipments around.

5.Transportation and Storage 

The length of this products is 100m, the width is divided into 50mm,100,,.

The thickness is divided into 1.2mm,1.4mm

Roll into a ring and use a belt to bind.Other specifications can be customized.
