HM-200 Anchor Bolt for the fixation

HM-200 chemical anchor bolt is high-strength anchor bolt with vinyl resin as main materials, composed of selected quartz sands, curing agents and resins placed in sealed glass tubes, together with the use of metal screws; it is a new type of anchor material which can substitute embedded parts, expansion screws.

 Points for Attention of HM-200 chemical anchor bolt 

1.Drill holes in accordance with the standard pore size and depth strictly;

2.In order to prevent the fixation strength from decreasing, please make sure that the dust in the hole was cleaned thoroughly;

3.Because the compressed gas can only blow out the floating dust in the hole and is difficult to clean the dust attached to the inner wall of the hole, make sure to use the brush;

4.When the screw reach the bottom of the hole, stop stirring at once, do not do the extra surplus stirring action;

5.The screw should not be shaked in the maintenance period;

6.Keep away from fire, do not use open flame to burn glass tube;

7.Not suitable to construct in place of water;

8.If the glass tube is not used long-term, should check the fluidity of glue liquid, if it does not flow, forbid to use.

Transportation and Storage 

1.This product belong to non-dangerous goods, transport as a general chemical building materials;

2.The product should not exposure, rain, or damage the package in transportation;

3.This product should be stored in a cool dark (5 ℃~25 ℃), dry storehouse, storage period is 12 months.
