Features:
This machine, specially designed for continuous feeding of the crusher, is the equipment complex with both feeding and screening function. The mud-removal by screening reduces the burden of the crusher, avoids the plugging of the crusher, increases the production efficiency, and reduces the energy consumption.
Structural features:
- 1. The screening of the required fine materials and clays in the raw materials increases the production capacity of the crushing system, reduces the wear of the crusher, and the work becomes more reliable.
- 2. For full realizing the working efficiency, the feeding volume can be automatically adjusted according to the load of the crusher.
- 3. This machine is particularly applicable to screening large lump materials. The mud scraper is under the roller, so this machine is also fit for screening viscous materials.
- 4. This machine, with a dual function, no addistional space and no additional equipment cost, is suitable for being used during crushing silicon or aluminum ore.
