Structural features:

1. The spacing between rollers can be adjusted to meet the different needs of the desired size.
2. Two rollers’ teeth stagger into each other to achieve the desired crushing. When roller teeth are worn to a certain level, the gap between two rollers can be adjusted to ensure the required size. It’s easy to replace the roller covering.
3. By applying the special structural frame, the bearing support of the movable roller can move on the sliding way horizontally, and connects with the hydraulic cylinder with the accumulator. When the uncrushed foreign materials enter into the machine, they can be discharged by the retreating of the bearing support, so the machine can be protected from damage.
4. The flexible resin screen can prevent the moisture content viscous materials from adhering to the internal cavity.
5. The mud-scraping device can prevent materials from adhering to the roller, so the teeth surface can be more clean and the proper shearing and pressing be maintained.
6. Four main shafts can be lubricated separately or tegether. The bearing support has the grease-discharging hole to discharge the waste grease at any time. It’s easy for maintenance.
