Introduction

The wash and sterilize the crate using in food, poultry, kitchen etc. The machine can be designed by customer’s crate and requirement.

Description:

1, The equipment uses stainless steel SUS304 excluding electrical machine and jet nozzle which is made of plastic of resisting temperature and convenient to dismounting.

2, 4 groups of spray has a separate loop filtering tank except fresh water which is recycled to the hot water tank as supplement water, then heat and eject part of the direct water. The disinfectant fluid in sterilizer tank is mixed and replenished by labour. There are steam heating tube is equipped in hot alkaline tank and hot water tank, the temperature can be freely adjusted and controlled from room temperature to 100℃.

3, Motor power of conveyor is 0,55kw, transmit speed is 3-15m/min and can be adjusted.

4, Two sides of washed machine are waterproof activities door, waterproof soft curtain on both ends, convenient to clean, examine and repair at all times.

5, Pneumatic adjustment device can be equipped, which can automatic adjust guardrail spacing, can wash the crate of different specifications.
