3.Equipment Testing&confirmation

 After signing the contract,Hanniu laser will design and manufacture strictly based on  customer‘s requirement.Customer should test the equipment on all technological standards in hanniu laser .After installation and testing,two parties will confirm the feasibility,stability and reliability of the equipment according to the standards

4.After-Sale service

Hanniu laser provide one-year warranty,lifelong maintenance and technogical support as need.During warranty period,if any problem of damage of components(Hanniu factory and force majeure expect).HANNIU LASER will help repair  and change damaged(except parts that easily wear and tear) for free .After warranty period,customer need to pay repair fee and the basic fee of the material.

1:  how was the machine guarantee?

we offer you one year guarantee

2: IF machine have problem with the guarantee, how to fix this problem?

we have the after sell department, machine have the problem, we will fix it through from the internets.

we check with you by internet face to face, then if machine part have problem, we exchange the new parts for you,and help to install it.

3: how can i use the machine, if you are the new buyer?

we can teach you in the factory face to face, it only take you two hours to learn the using, if you have no time, need to come back learn, we have the english manual book and machine working vedio, step by step. we can also teach you through Whatsapp or Skype

4: how you control your quality?

before we ship our machine to another country, we will test it well, let it go through every of the corner, check the accuracy.

we will let it move two days without stopping. we will let the machine go through a complicative test, like cutting the strong thing, and test its speed, and so on.

5:If machine real have problem can not fix, how can we deal with this problem?

we can send a man to your country, but you need to pay for the fare.

6: How long does the laser tube working life?

normally the laser tube working life is 7200 hours, if you work it 18 hours one day, if you work 8hours one days, this laser tube can use more thab 7200hours. We use two brand tube: RECI and WEIJU tube, these two tube is the high quality.

7: whats the different  between  your machine  and other machine? Why your machine is a little high price than others?

  1: laser tube different   2: machine control parts(main board and countol panel) 3: the body of the machine making way(welding body is cheaper then ductility, and welding body is easy broken)  4: the laser lamp and laser morror is different.

5: the machine moving parts are different. 6: machine painting is different. and so on.

8: Can we make cheaper machine as other factory?

can! but not come with our brand, we can make the cheaper machine without our brand, change the machine parts inside, and fo the guarantee is not sure. for the after sell service is also not sure.
