 1. Samples are always available and normally take 5-10 days ready to ship. Quantity goods usually get ready to ship in15 days after deposit received or as per order quantity.

Payment Terms

2. 100% TT in advance for samples. For large quantities, 30% TT in advance as soon as order confirmed and the balance before shipping via TT or L/C etc.

Application Cautions

Charge

 1.Charging current should be no higher than the max charging current in spec.

 2. Charging voltage should be no higher than standard voltage in spec. Max charging voltage is 42V, the charger should be designed under this rule.

 Higher charging current or voltage would probably cause battery heating, leakage, charge&discharge problems, mechanical failures, or safety issues.

 3.Charging temperature : 0℃~45℃

 4. Do not short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery with metallic objects. Connect the battery’s positive and negative rightly, otherwise, it will cause safety problems.

Discharge

1. Discharging currentshould be no higher than the max current in spec, otherwise it will cause sharp reduction of battery capacity and over heating.

2. Discharging temperature:  -10℃~60℃

3. Over-discharging

Please kindly notice the battery would be in an over-discharging status due to its self-discharge features if it is not used for a long term. Please charge the battery regularly and keep its voltage above 36V to prevent over-discharging.

4. Storage

It is highly recommended to charge/discharge the battery every two months during long time storage. Charge the battery 24 hours continuously if the battery is placed over one month, and keep it with >60% SOC.
