Artech ultrasonic sieving system is from Swizterland. The outstanding feature of it is the auto frequency sweeping which helps find the best frequency point of the sieve.
The economy of frequency variation becomes apparent with very large screening machines or screening machine with several screen decks. The process allows for the simultaneous excitation of several utrasonic converters by single generator. The variation of the frequency ensures that the frequency range of every excited screen is covered as long as the lower and upper limits of the variation bandwidth are set below and above the resonances of each screen deck.

It is with Explosion proof . No converter and cable inside machine thus standard converters
and cables can be used resulting in lower cost. Frequency variation around resonances generates less heat because the amplitude is high only for short time when frequency gets through the resonance.
