Product Introduction:

This machine is a new and high efficiency rotary drum type shot blasting machine , which is produced according to market demand by Shandong Kaitai Company, it takes rotary drum structure. When shots are projecting, the rotary drum will not only turns but also swing up and down, so the workpieces in drum won't clash with each other when they are turned completely, shot blasitng is more evenm cleaning time is reduced and efficiency is improved. It is suitable for all types of mass production of small and medium-sized casting and forging particularly suitable for thin-walled parts.

1,Rotary drum system, high efficiency blasting wheel, during shots projection, rotary drum can turn and swing up-down, workpieces stir but not clash with each other, shots projection is uniform.

2, It can process thin and slender workpieces, and the workpieces with possibility to be clawed.

3, Rotary drum structure adopts hydraulic control, equipment working process is stable and positioning is precise.

It is applicable to various industries casting and forging with weight below 15kg sand cleaning, rust removal, oxide skin removal and surface strengthening.

According to structure of workpieces rotating and swinging up-down in rotary drum, products in drum will stir completely.
