500 Spine Carbon Arrow

Carbon arrow shaft has low weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, conduction 

of electricity, etc.

Carbon arrow is composed of Carbon Fiber , Unidirectional Carbon Fiber prepreg and epoxy resin. 

The shaft is firstly table rolled with a mandrel of certain diameter and length. 

It's then put into the oven of high temperature for thermoset process. To reach the high precision, the tubes 

are usually ground and then put onto the epoxy spray if Glossy shinny finish is needed. Tube dimensions 

available range between 4.2mm to 8.0mm  , Max length less than 32''.

Material: 100% carbon fiber , 50% carbon fiber or fiberglass.

Technics: wrapping and rolling, grinding.

Dimensions: 4.2-8.0 diameter, less than 33' length.
