1.Bag dust collector description

The bag dust collector is the most effective way to process dust smoke air at present time. High pressure air is used to blow off the dust sticking on bag surface. The pulse controller will control the blow-off time and interval. The working theory is: the pulse controller on top of dust collector will blow the bags in regular time, preset the pulse length and interval. The action of electromagnetic valve is controlled by pulse controller. The order of electromagnetic valve action is from left to right side.

2.Features of this bag dust collector

A.  The steel plates are purchased from big steel company with good quality, and shot blasted before and after welding.

B.  In main pipeline of compressed air, there installs air filtering system to remove oil and water in compressed air which will cause damage to pulse valve.

C.  Each air tank bottom has an manual oil and water extraction valve.

D.  The length of blowing pipe is decided according to bag quantity. Make sure each blowing pipe can straightly blow the bags.

E.   Filter bag frame all use fine cold drawn wire and spot welding, and galvanized. This can keep rigidity and

smooth to avoid filter bag broken.

F.   At the air inlet of dust collector, there is temperature detector which can send signals.
