In collabration with Nordson Xaloy, Trinity develops a new screw with 31D in the effective length. With molybdenum-plating treatment on the surface of all screws, they have the highest wear resistance. Adopting proven core temperature controlling way of the intracool self-adjusting and non-maintenance, it provides the best processing temperature control box with wide range for inspection. Under the high yield and negative pressure, we can get stanble and qualified products.

Trinity adopts ZAMBELLO TST seriers of ultrahigh torque gearbox, with the advantages of high torque, low noice, low manufaction and long service life. It will be the best choice of seeking for high level products.

According to cutomers' specific requirements, we can provide systemic design plan that are easy to operate such as different extrusion height and electric cabinet installation direction.
