Double Deck Shaking Table Description:

Double deck shaking table is applicable for separations of fine-grained and micro-grained rare metal, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, precious metal, coal and other minerals, widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc.  

It can carry out ore concentration operation independently and also can operate in conjunction with jig, spiral chute, centrifugal separator and other equipment. With smooth deck surface, wear resistance, and no deformation. The ore sand tables and ore slime tables can be chosen freely. Also the feed method can be chosen left side or right side. It’s very convenient for site installation.

1), For the table deck:
According to customers' different feeding size, JXSC manufactured 6S Shaker Table also have three distinct deck designs can be chosen.
normally we call them Coarse sand deck, Fine sand deck and Slime deck, which are 46/60/88/120/138 Riffles available 

      The course deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm;
      The fine deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.1 mm to 1 mm;
      The slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles from 0.037 mm to 0.5 mm.

The material of our table deck is called Glass fibre reinforced plastic.
It is a new type of non-metal engineering material, with silicon carbide coating which has better wear resistance and longer working life.
