Introduction :

The centrifugal concentrator is also been called gold centrifuge, gold centrifuge machine, gold centrifugal concentrator, centrifugal separator, gold recovery centrifuge. This machine is mainly used in gold mining plant, especially for tiny gold particles recovery. This machine consisted of centrifuge cone, cylinder, water filter and pressure meter, concentrate discharge pip, tailing exhaust pipe, motor and belt, bearing and shaft. The belt is wearing parts, when it’s not tight enough, then we need to change it; while the cone could last about 1 and half years; the bearings is also the same. The installation of the centrifugal concentrator is easy, we only need to find a place level it, and then put concrete to fix it, connect it with pressure water and power. Please notice that the pressure water should be clean in order to protect the water filter and make it last longer. For operating the centrifugal concentrator, the feeding size is very important, the feeding size should not be over 5mm, or the big stones will block the concentrate pipe, and also damage the seal, lead to water leaking. The best feeding size is bellow 1mm, which could gives the best concentration ratio. And we should also pay attention to the pressure water, if the pressure is not enough, the separating will not good; and when the pressure is too high, the water will wash the gold out, it’s also not good.

Structure:

It mainly includes drum, chassis, feeder, feeding mouth (one in the top and one in the bottom), washing mouth, feed chute, feeder, etc.

 Working Principle: 

The centrifugal separator works intermittently, but the cutting, flushing, and separation of ores are automatically performed by the command mechanism and actuating mechanism. The command mechanism is a time relay which connects and disconnects power supply within specified time. The actuating mechanism includes ore cutting pipe in the feeding hopper, three-way valve and membrana dermalis valve that control flushing water, and ore divider that concentrate and tailing are discharged in different directions. They are driven to operate respectively by electromagnet. When specified separation time is reached, the ore breaking pipe swings to the one side of the return pipe and the slurry no longer enters the drum. At the same time, the three-way valve cuts off the low pressure waterway. The closed water pressure on the membrana dermalis valve is removed. Then when the high pressure water passes the membrena dermalis valve, it enters the drum. At this time, the ore distributing device also swings to the one side of the concentrate pipe and lead the flushed concentrate into the concentrate pipe. After flushing is finished, each actuating mechanism respectively restores the original positions and continues to separate the feeding ores.
