B.Working principle and Composition

blanking line can arrange the shape automatically according to coil's width and coil's diameter,choice the best for shape. stamping line include recoiler,straightener unit,feeder,swing unit,mechanical press,stacking syetem,hydraulic system,electric control system.etc

C.Feature:

1. Suitable for straighten different thickness of metal sheets, and the material is very smooth after straightened by this model machine.

2. Equipped with Japan magnetic contactor and electronic components, minumin breakdown and long service life.

3. Efficient auto-feeding equipment, can be used individually, or work together with Auto Reel(MT type), Double Head Coil Cradle(MTD-type, MTDM-type) or Reel Stand(SCD-type), which can achive better productivity.
