     Discharge Speed: 40--80m/min.

The component of equipment:

1.Low overturn tray:

It is made up of bracket, level roller and vertical roller. Bracket is steel structure. Level roller and vertical roller are ø54mm steel pipe. Bearing model:6005-Z. Level roller supports strip steel auxiliarily, and vertical roller can adjust and guide the strip, it is suit for the bandwidth:500-1000mm.

2.Flattening  feeding machine:

The two-axic clamping and feeding type flattening feeding machine is made up of driving, clamping, blocking roller and base. The rotation part includes gear box and universal coupling. The base is steel structure. It is suit for bandwidth≤1000mm. With the pneumatic brake and the motor 160KW.

3.Accumulator:

Used for storing, loading and unloading and driving the strip, made up of the power part, inside track, vertical roller, level roller, outside track blocking roller, feeding blocking roller. The rotation part includes motor, gear box and universal coupling.

4.High overturn tray:

5. Electric control box:

Equipped with safety protection and emergency stopping button.The main original production and wearing parts of electronic equipment are in accordance with GB. Three- phase four-wire system.
