This series of machines integrate washing ,filling and capping, it can be used for juice hot, filling of production line 

for glass bottle. the whole working process is automatic . The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is 

adopted to control the machine working automatically while transducer is used in the bottle. feeding chains to 

adjust speed. and it also can coordinate with the inverter of the main machine for the inverter operate with higher 

automation while every part of the machine is inspected to work with photoelectricity.

The optional capacity of the series can vary from 1000BPH to 8000BPH.

Features:

1.The washing part using high-strength stainless steel bottles of spring loaded folders, to ensure a stable reversal of the glass bottles. The nozzle 

is a plum-like structure can wash every corner of sidewall and bottom to make the bottle very clean.

2.Filling machine with spring type mechanical lifting equipment to upgrade glass bottles, large bearings support 

floundering in the vat  and use of guide-rod in the orientation of the structure,  there are precover features.

3.Using a low vacuum filling valve, hydraulic cylinder liquid surface of the float by automatic control, to maintain a 

constant level surface, when the filling valve injection liquid into the bottle shot, after the exhaust gasket sealed 

bottle the beginning moment  that the establishment of the negative pressure (vacuum). At this time, the liquid 

cylinder in the wine (drink) poured into the bottle under the action of the gland, when the surfact you have not seen 

wine sucker rod stomata, the pumping stops, filling synchronization stops, filling valve upgrade into the sealed.

4.When the bottles from the filling machine to send over later, the bottle made from a material under a cap. Screw 

cap plunger under the action of the cam track to the decline in membership and then help promote capping head 

for screw cap operation.

5.All the materials in contact with valves, tanks and pipes are made of stainless steel 304. Inside and outside of the

 wall of mirror polished to ensure it's healthness and sanitation.

6.The whole operation adopts advanced manmachine interface, PLC control, frequency conversion stepless speed

regulation and other automatic control technology. WIth no bottle, no filling. no cap no sealing, and othe security 

protection.
