Description:

HF Welder is designed specifically for production of small and large format tensile structures, membranes, tarpaulin, tents, oil booms, truck covers, swimming pool liners & covers, airline hangars, large billboards, fast doors, side curtains, etc. This basic design machine can be fitted with special impulse electrode for welding nonHF weldable fabrics made of PE and PP, as well as FlexEL ‘soft’ multilayer welding electrode and curved HF electrodes for sealing round window profiles made of clear PVC and any other shapes requiring precision welding.

We have divided our high frequency welding and cutting machines into several categories:
1.Automatic turntable high frequency welding or weld &cut  machine(with/without robot)    
2.Automatic sliding way high frequency  welding or weld &cut machine    
3.Manual shuttle/ push plate high frequency  welding or weld &cut machine    
4.Double heads high frequency  welding or weld &cut machine. 

Functions:  

1.With two slide table, which the slide plate limited device enable the welding position more precise. 

2.Equipped with oil pressure supercharging device make the output larger, also finishing the whole process with welding and cutting scraps one-time.     

3.American NL-5557 sparkle protector device, which make the mold & products to minimize the damage degree.

4.Adopt Europe type high frequency coaxial resonators when current overloaded then automatically cut off the pressure to protect the oscillation tubes and rectifier.

5.Custom size work tables and welding platen is available.
