Application of Gold Shaking Table:

Shaking table is one of the mineral separation equipment of gracity concentrator.It is easy to be operated and can produce high grade concentrated ore,secondary concentrated ore,middlings and gangue,ect at the same time.It is widely used to separate tungsten,stannum,niobium,other rara metal and noble metal ores;It can also be used to separator iron,manganese minerals,coal,and so on.

Struature of Gold Shaking Table:

Shaking table is made of machine head,motor,adjusting gradient device,bed,bunker,water tank,rifle bar and lubrication system.

Working Principle of Gold Shaking Table:

During the benificiation process,the mineral particles from the angle above the bed surface go to the slot,meanwhile by feedthrough fiashing water transversely.In this way,under the effect of gravity,the transverse direction running water impulsive force,and the inertia and friction created by the reciprocation symmetry of movement of the bed sueface,the ore grains are separated according to the proportionand the granularity,and makes the transversalmotion along the inclined surface of bed.Therefore there grains with different proportion and different granularity fly heading different direction,and dischare separately from the ore concentrate end and the debris side’s two different areas,finally divided into the ore concentrate,the middling and the debris.
