A: For products that are in stock, we can ship it within 3 days after receiving your payment. 

For custom order, quantity within 2000pcs, production time is 12-15 days after all details confirmed.

4.What's your packing?

A:Our usual packing for watch is one plastic bag for 1pcs, 12pcs for a white box, 15 or 25 boxes for a carton. Wooden box or custom packing is also available. 

5.For quality issue:

Our cutlery passed SGS and can pass any food safety test.Pls be relaxed to buy.What's more,of course they can accept dishwasher.Knife is proceeded by high and heat temperature treatment,which will stop it from easily broken.
