 Q: What is brazing Technology?

 A: Brazing is metal-joining process whereby a filler metal is heated above melting point and distributed between two  or more close-fitting parts by capilary action. The filler metal is brought slightly above its melting (liquidus) temperature while protected by a suitable atmosphere, usually a flux. It then flows over the base metal (known as wetting) and is then cooled to join the workpieces together.

Q: What is the difference among brazing technology, sintering technology and electroplating technology?

A: During brazing process, welding solder combines parent metals together at a welding temperature lower than parent metal's melting temperature.

Obviously, brazing can chemically bond diamond grits and steel matrix, but electroplating & sintering can only mechanially "hold" diamond grits.
