1) Delivery condition:

4).Application:

Used for various large-sized or medium-sized precision plastic mould and low melting point alloy parts,like tim,zinc and Lead alloy casting mould.

Heat treatment                                                                                                       

Annealing:

Heat to 720÷750°Cfor 2÷4 h furnace cool.

Stress relieving:

Up to 560÷600°C, hold for 2÷4h; furnace or still air cooling.

Hardening:

Preheating to 600÷650°C;

-   Heat to hardening temperature to 840÷870°C and hold at temperature.

-   Cooling in oil

Hardness after hardening: HRC 51

Tempering:

To be carried out after hardening in the range 580÷650°C for 25mm of thickness minimum 2h.

5) Payment terms:

30% deposit, balance against L/C at sight or T/T.
