Flotation Machine Principle

When the impeller rotates ,impeller blade suction pulp.the slurry in the tank is sucked from around the bottom of the impeller bottom into the blade between,At the same time ,low pressure air given by blower to enter between the impeller blades by distributor. After the thoroughly mixture of the pulp and the air between the impeller blades,they are discharged through the impeller peripheral under the impeller.Discharge of pulp and air mixture with blade discharge on pulp, around the impeller by installation of the stator current and directed into the groove of the main body in pulp, mineralized bubbles rise to the surface of a trough and forming foam layer, pulp groove part of return under the impeller blade in circulation, the other part by circulate on partition slot hole into the next slot choose don't again. the discharged  pulp and the air misture together with the pulp discharged by the above impeller is rectified and orientated by the stator installed around the impeller and then into the main pulp in the tank,mineralization bubbles rise to the surface of the tank to form a foam layer.Part of the slurry in the tank return to the blades under the impeller to cycle,other part enter into the next tank through the hole on the well between the tanks to separate again.
