chute vibrating feeder

Function
Chute feeder or be called chute vibrating feeder can be set up on the ground or hoisted at the discharge opening of ore hopper. Trough bottom board move advance and return, jig frequency is 20-60times/min, stroke is 20-200mm. The stroke can be adjusted by driven device eccentric wheel, eccentricity is half of the stroke.

According to the experiences of some users, to stickness ores,  the eccentricity shouldn’t less than 30mm. Trough width of the chute feeder, should be about 2-2.5 times of the max feed size. Largest type chute feeder can feed the steel ores smaller than 500mm. Most popular type is 980x1240, its feed size is 0-340mm, can match with jaw crusher PE400X600.

Characteristics

The chute feeder is suitable for concentrating, coal, chemical and other industry departments, the granular and pieces materials are carried into different set from the storage bin, but not suitable for carrying the concentrate power and other powder material.

Working Principle
chute feeder machine is a kind of feeding machine whose chute base board moves back and forth. It can be lifted at the discharging mouth of the ore storage bin or installed on the ground and it is mainly used as the feeding equipment for jaw crusher which needs even feeding.

Q: Payment?
A: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.

Q: What about Warranty? And what will we do if the machine is broken down?

A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
