Function
Swing feeder,we can also called it weight feeder, is widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, construction, mineral processing, coal and other industries,especially for ore dressing line, will block the material from the storage silo sent by the device. It is fit for feeding small particle materials in ore bin, especially fit for the feeding process of ball mill with belt conveyor. vibraing feeder is able to deliver blocky and granular materials from storage silo to receiving device evenly, regularly and continuously in the production process.

Characteristics
feeder machine is suitable for concentrating coal chemical industry and other departments, It can supply the materials to various set of accepting the material from the store chute by the filter. The weight feeder is not suitable for delivering the dry power of the too big material or otherwise, it may appear the fly-ash pollution or the jam of the output.

Working Principle
When the electromotor is started, its power is transmitted to the reducer for reducing the speed through the V-shaped belt. The reduced power is transmitted to the eccentric gear with adjustable eccentric distance (the adjustment of the feeding amount needs to adjust the position of the eccentric gear) and the eccentric gear drives the baseboard of the pendulum to move back and forth like an arc through the connecting rod, so that the feeding mouth will open and close repeatedly. The rocks in the ore storage bin above the feeder machine are fed in from the feeding mouth and then evenly discharged from the machine to make sure the ball mill is evenly fed in with materials.

A: 30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.

Q: What about Warranty? And what will we do if the machine is broken down?

A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
