1.Magnetic box and cleaning screen :To move the impurities in the raw materials.This can help to protect the following machines.

2.Crushing:Crushing is necessary for soybean oil making, because the volume of soybean is a little big. In order to improve the oil 

yield rate and protect the following machines, we need to crush big seeds to small parts. If the raw material is small, we won't need

the crushing.

3.Softening:This is the special step for soybean oil making.Soybean is becoming soft after this step,so it is easier to flake cake and

press.

4.Flaking roller: To make  the soybean  into  pieces with the  thickness  from 0.25-0.3 mm. This can  help  the  soybean  heating

well-proportioned and soaking well in the extraction section. 

5.Dryer and cooker:Before the raw materials entering the extraction section,we need to adjust the water rate by dryer.In this process, 

the  water and  temperature  help to  get  crude oil easily  and  improve  the quality  of cake  and oil.After  the  dryer and cooker under

105-110°C, the water content is 5-8%.

6.Pressing or pre-pressing:If the capacity is small and without extraction section, usually we will use pressing to get crude soybean

oil.Usually soybean oil making will not use press, because the oil rate is low of soybean. After cooker,soybean will direct to extraction

and get crude soybean oil.
