1.Composition:

Self-crosslinking copolymer of Butyl Acrylate,Acrylonitrile,Acrylic Acid 

and other functional monomers.

2.Specification:

Appearance:milk-white liquid or paste                

TDS:50±1%    PH value:6.0-7.5    Ion:Anion 

Viscosity(25°C,#4 rotor,60rpm):5-10Pa·s

3.Features: 

1,Don’t contain toxic substances,meet with the environmental requirements of related regulations and laws around the world such as Reach Regulation(EU) and LAW 112(Japan)

2,Super soft,solid content reaches 50%

3,Excellent fastness,high elasticity,good viscosity

4,Well compatible with other pigment printing ingredients,better mechanical and chemical stability.

4.Application:

1,All kinds for pigment printing technique:flat and rotary screen printing,table printing

2,Apply to the pigment printing onto cotton,hemp,chemical fiber and blended fabric

5.Packaging:

50kg/drum,125kg/drum/150kg/drum with inner PE bag

6.Storage and transportation:

1,Must be stored and transported at the temperature between -5 and 40°C,and can be stored for 6 months or longer in a cool,dry and ventilated warehouse.

2,Non-dangerous goods,transported as ordinary liquid chemicals.
